Here are a couple of photos to show our MDF end boards manufactured to a particular clients requirements. Bullnosed on two edges, cut to a certain size. CNC Machined Plywood Shapes

These shapes were requested by one of our customers, they are made out of 18mm Marine Ply machined by our CNC router to the shapeshown then glued and screwed to build them up the depth shown.

New Customer Gives Good Feedback

Yesterday a new customer in London rang to thank us for our service. The order was cut to size MDF sheets with some routered shapes. They were impressed with our accuracy of cutting and routering, as well as our standard of packaging. The goods were strapped to a pallet covered in plastic film and labelled. The goods were delivered on time. A Nationwide service to be proud of.

Flexible or bendy MDF

We have supplied Flexible or Bendy MDF for some exciting projects, available in 8×4 sheets in either 6 or 9mm thicknesses.

However we can suplement this product with “shapers” which are curved support boards to give the Flexible MDF your required shape. We can cut tear drop shapes for example.So when designing your projects give us a call or even better send us a drawing so we can quote you for machining the shapers.
