If you need a solution to a problem we can help you. Here the problem was supporting a pipe during installation. It could be for many applications. We cut the timber to size, routered the plywood and nailed it all together. We also laminated some sheets to make a very strong support. They look like a work of art! Flexible or bendy MDF

We have supplied Flexible or Bendy MDF for some exciting projects, available in 8×4 sheets in either 6 or 9mm thicknesses.

However we can suplement this product with “shapers” which are curved support boards to give the Flexible MDF your required shape. We can cut tear drop shapes for example.So when designing your projects give us a call or even better send us a drawing so we can quote you for machining the shapers.

We manufacture seat backs and bases for vehicles such as buses, trains or taxis.

We router birch plywood, or as per your requirements, into shapes determined by you. We can drill holes, chamfer shape and fit “T” nuts as per your requirements. Send us your drawings either in electronic form or sketches and we can formulate a quote for you. We can optimise use of the sheets to minimise waste.

Suspended Ceiling Pattresses ( MDF Board with an access hole)

We manufacture suspended ceiling pattresses. They are basically just a board with an access hole in for pipes/lights/air con/ fire detectors etc, the board is usually MDF but we can source other types. The hole size and location is determined by you.

We can also offer lightweight pattresses by cutting out sections to decrease the weight.
